New York City is starting to feel chilly. Gloves and hats have been pulled out of closets and drawers. Soon, snow will cover the streets. For a few brief hours, the fresh, twinkling snow will make this calamitous town oddly calm. We will pause and marvel at the stillness and quiet. It’s proof that no matter how important we think we are, Mother Nature still has the power to transform any situation…It also means that my Manhattan tiki hut is officially closed for winter.
